About The Position

Monarch Investment is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team at the Summer Green Apartments in Longview, TX. This role assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations, focusing on tenant renewals, resident relations, leasing apartments, and ensuring effective property marketing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in an assistant manager or manager role
• Experience in multifamily housing industry required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Customer service experience required
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Have excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong multitasking abilities

• Sales experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assists the Property Manager with all on-site property operations
• Ensure tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible
• Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
• Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy at proper rent levels by showing and leasing apartments
• Assists Property Manager in ensuring all property marketing is current, accurate and at its greatest effect
