Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Dual-Site Property Manager to oversee operations at The Commons & Landing at Southgate & The Plaza Apartment Homes. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience managing a team of 4+ employees
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Budgeting and financial reporting experience
• Knowledge of fair housing and property management laws
• Computer proficiency (Yardi, Excel, or similar software)
• A people-first mindset and passion for creating great communities
• Valid Drivers License

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support your onsite team
• Drive leasing performance and maintain high occupancy
• Oversee financials, budgeting, and expense control
• Manage rent collection and delinquencies
• Create and execute marketing strategies to attract residents
• Build positive resident relationships and boost retention
• Coordinate vendor services and approve invoices

• $65,000 – $70,000/year (based on experience)
