The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, adaptable, and possess a strong understanding of the big picture in property management.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing multifamily communities.
- Associate degree in business or a related field.
- Ownership mentality and understanding of the big picture.
- Ability to find small everyday wins and do more with less.
- Natural communication skills, able to simplify complex situations.
- Comfortable communicating on multiple channels (phone, email, chat, Facebook, etc.).
- Curiosity and drive, with a knack for asking root-cause questions.
- Flexibility and enjoyment of learning new things and adapting to changes.
- Availability for a flexible work week, including some weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Recommending promotions for Leasing Consultants after coaching and skill gap closure.
- Reviewing leasing reports to ensure team efforts in converting prospects.
- Deescalating resident issues to achieve positive reviews.
- Reprioritizing maintenance tasks due to unforeseen issues like water leaks.
- Collaborating with the maintenance team to reduce supply expenses.
- Brainstorming marketing ideas, such as 'a day in the life' on TikTok, with the marketing team.
