At Middleton Meyers, the Assistant Community Manager supports the daily operations of an apartment community by assisting the Community Manager in achieving occupancy, financial, operational, and resident satisfaction goals. This role is responsible for rent collections, resident account management, lease administration, customer service, and administrative support while helping ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations. The Assistant Community Manager serves as a leader within the onsite team and helps maintain a positive living experience for residents while contributing to the overall success of the community.
