Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask.
Experience in sales.

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience is preferred.
Employees will spend about 50% of their time in outdoor environments, including walking, climbing stairs and opening large doors frequently.
Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

Manage daily property operations independently.
Provide exceptional customer service, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policy.
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance, with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
Run errands for the facility and travel/commute to other store locations.
