The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high-level of service, at all times. Assistant Property Managers are also responsible for building and motivating high performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role assists the Property Manager with the overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The Assistant Property Manager also helps provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. They will assist the team by maintaining and modeling the Cushman & Wakefield mission to be the best national management company and help with the day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
