The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high level of service, at all times. Assistant Property Managers are also responsible for building and motivating high performing teams to maximize the performance of the property. This role assists the Property Manager with the overall operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. The Assistant Property Manager also provides superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability. They will assist the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of the entire on-site team, ensuring that all Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures are being followed, and maintaining effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching.
