About The Position

The Assistant Property Management Administrator is an integral member of The Bridge’s Property Management team, providing administrative and operational support to help ensure the effective management of the organization’s housing portfolio. This role supports the day-to-day administration and integrity of RealPage OneSite, including accurate data entry, troubleshooting, reporting, user support, and training, while assisting with applicant processing, property and tenant records, lease information, and financial data. The Assistant Property Management Administrator also supports the monitoring of tenant arrears, tracking of Housing Court cases, coordination with legal staff, and communication with internal and external partners. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative and compliance-related activities.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with OneSite property management software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Associate degree preferred
  • Tax credit and benefits experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in property management, preferably in a social service setting.
  • Experience working in mental health settings or customer service is also preferred.
  • Knowledge of AWARDS is preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the data, programming, documents, updates, and overall use of RealPage OneSite, including data entry, troubleshooting, user oversight, and training new users.
  • Manage the help desk and provide technical support to OneSite users.
  • Ensure that all data entered into the property management software is accurate, including, but not limited to, rental charges, tenant account credits, legal information, lease information, Tenant Income Certifications (TICs), maintenance requests, and client portal activities.
  • Track and manage tenant arrears in collaboration with the Tenancy Legal Specialist.
  • Run reports to assist in resolving rent arrears; calendar and track all Housing Court cases; provide weekly reports, as needed; attend Housing Court, as required; and assist legal staff.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, take meeting minutes as needed, and participate in supervision and training, as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
