Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand product specifications, materials, construction methods, and performance attributes.
  • Interest in learning the science behind cookware design, including metallurgy, manufacturing processes, and product testing.
  • Comfort working with data, systems, and project management tools.
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.

  • Passion for cooking, consumer products, or premium brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product sample inventory and coordinate sample requests for internal teams, sales partners, agencies, media, and other external stakeholders.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and key actions through TC12 to support efficient execution of product launches.
  • Coordinate product performance testing, including kitchen evaluations, field testing, and consumer feedback programs.
  • Analyze results and provide insights to support product development, product claims, and commercialization decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations.
  • Source competitor samples and coordinate comparative product testing to identify opportunities and differentiation.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating packaging implementation, project timelines, approvals, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Partner with Product Management, Innovation, Marketing, Operations, and external agencies to ensure successful execution.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of product codes within the PICS system, ensuring accurate and timely setup of new products and portfolio updates.
  • Manage the collection, entry, and validation of product specifications, dimensions, attributes, and supporting documentation required for product setup.
  • Maintain accurate product information across business systems and coordinate updates with cross-functional stakeholders to support commercialization and ongoing portfolio management.
