The Product/Project Manager will be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, ensuring information flows smoothly between teams, and driving company initiatives forward. This role involves working across multiple teams and contributors to plan and track deliverables, coordinate company-wide efforts, and serve as the point person for both ongoing work and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, ideally in an applicable field (relevant experience considered)
  • Experience guiding cross-team projects, ideally in the technology sector
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of technology platforms and data delivery, with the ability to build expert-level fluency in Falling Colors' existing systems
  • Comfortable with frequent in-person meetings and being on-site in Santa Fe, NM

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum practices
  • Experience in product ownership/management, UX design, or development
  • Skill in technical writing

Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Management Team with communication, deliverable tracking, reporting, and calendar and deadline management
  • Help develop and refine processes that ensure oversight, documentation, quality checks, and timely delivery of product features and other initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-team projects, making sure each has a clear lead, responsibilities, and deliverables
  • Track and report project status to Product, Engineering, Executive, and Business teams as needed
  • Contribute to documentation approaches for company software products and other informational assets
