About The Position
Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for local based projects for a Paving & Excavating company located in York, PA. This role involves managing various aspects of paving and excavating projects, including site preparation, documentation, and client communication.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required
- Computer literacy or the ability to navigate a computer
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- Previous asphalt paving experience is highly desired
- Utility identification / Compliance with PA-1 requirements
Responsibilities
- Locating, measuring, and marking patch areas
- Posting temporary No Parking signs
- Distributing door hangers to residents/businesses
- Capturing photo and video documentation of pre-work site conditions
- Updating Podio or designated project-tracking software
- On-Site meetings with customers
