Northern Clearing Inc., a leader in right-of-way clearing, is currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager. The primary focus of this role is to assist the Project Manager and Project Superintendent with all tasks necessary for the successful completion of projects. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up and maintaining a field construction office, tracking change orders, contract administration, submitting and tracking project hours, timekeeping records, jobsite inventory, project progress reports, and supervision logs. The role also involves equipment, fuel, and materials tracking, managing 811 / One Call tickets, coding and collecting receipts from crew members, and ensuring compliance with all company and client expectations. This position will require travel multiple days per month within Wisconsin and Michigan for site visits and project kickoffs. Project schedules typically involve 6 days per week, 10-hour days (Monday-Saturday). More specific information will be discussed during the interview process.
