About The Position

As part of our growth strategy, we are actively seeking an experienced and strategic professional to join us as the Assistant Project Manager. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be able to work in an office setting, self-motivated with a high urgency to help others, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work with minimal direction or take initiative to improve processes.

Requirements

• 5 years residential construction and/or remodeling experience
• Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Ambition and be self-motivated
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work in an office setting

Responsibilities

• Leadership, Management & Accountability of Installation staff
• Installation support and training
• Communication with customers about their project
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
• Quality control
• Review jobs before and after installation with installation team
• Subcontractor follow up
• Post-install job file audit
• Scheduling remodeling projects & service calls
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in a basic capacity
• Data entry and maintenance in CRM
