The Assistant Project Manager (APM) is responsible for assisting the Construction Project Manager (PM) with the development and monitoring of contractual documents such as but not limited to Task and Work Orders, subcontract agreements, drawings, performance monitoring reports, monthly invoicing and SOP’s as required by the customer (including the North Carolina Department of Transportation - NCDOT), contractual requirements and company policies & procedures, within the project/contract prescribed time frame and budget. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
