Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct or related experience in the Telecom/Utility industry
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Great customers service skills and can communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated understanding of construction or infrastructure project management concepts.
  • Construction project management/coordinator/scheduling experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Support operations, management, and crew.
  • Responsible for the project management and coordination of functions directly and indirectly related to the delivery of services to the customer.
  • Assisting with back-office documentation, project tracking, costing, reporting and analysis to ensure customer satisfaction, crew productivity and overall job profitability.
  • Support Managers, Superintendents, and other leadership roles.
  • Assisting with bid proposals, As-builts and managing schedules.
  • Creating digital job folders & pulling maps for job sites.
  • Pulling Daily reports from software programs and assisting with other job tasks.
