We have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Project Manager Intern located in Chicago, IL. The Assistant Project Management Intern will work closely with various Project Managers assisting with estimating takeoff, assembling finished proposals, and managing projects. You can expect to learn how our computerized estimating software works, and how to pull together a finished, accurate estimate. After projects are acquired, you will be involved in all phases of managing the work – from requisitioning materials to project meetings and more.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Construction Management field
Knowledgeable of MS Word, Excel
Good computer skills in general
Entering their junior year of school
Self-motivated
Career driven
Customer service focused
Able to grasp information quickly

Responsibilities

Assist with estimating takeoff
Assemble finished proposals
Manage projects
Learn how computerized estimating software works
Learn how to pull together a finished, accurate estimate
Be involved in all phases of managing the work – from requisitioning materials to project meetings and more
