About The Position

We are seeking an operational and community-minded Assistant Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Custodial Program at Luke Air Force Base. In this role, you will balance commercial facility operations with a meaningful mission: providing structured, hands-on job training and mentorship to individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (due to commercial driving requirements).
• Must hold a current Arizona Driver’s License and have a 39-month clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass and maintain a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must successfully pass and maintain Federal and military background checks to gain base access.
• Must possess a federally compliant “Real ID” (or equivalent accepted federal identification).
