Requirements

Minimum of three (3) year of professional experience specializing in Personnel Security
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a lead or supervisory in managing government contracting staff
Written and oral communications skills commensurate with a supervisor
Must be customer oriented and results driven

Nice To Haves

Adjudications experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Providing on-site leadership for contract personnel
Being a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Multiple Security Disciplines specific to Personnel Security
Ensuring that suspense requirements are met, and that products and support services are in accordance with contractual requirements
Interfacing effectively with customers and delivering quality products
Planning, organizing, coordinating, and administering work assignments set forth in delivery orders, and ensuring that all reports are prepared and submitted as required
Reviewing, evaluating and adjudicating reports of investigation, personnel files, and other records to determine whether to grant, deny, revoke, suspend or restrict security clearances consistent with fitness issues
