Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) year of professional experience specializing in Personnel Security
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a lead or supervisory in managing government contracting staff
  • Written and oral communications skills commensurate with a supervisor
  • Must be customer oriented and results driven

Nice To Haves

  • Adjudications experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Providing on-site leadership for contract personnel
  • Being a SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Multiple Security Disciplines specific to Personnel Security
  • Ensuring that suspense requirements are met, and that products and support services are in accordance with contractual requirements
  • Interfacing effectively with customers and delivering quality products
  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, and administering work assignments set forth in delivery orders, and ensuring that all reports are prepared and submitted as required
  • Reviewing, evaluating and adjudicating reports of investigation, personnel files, and other records to determine whether to grant, deny, revoke, suspend or restrict security clearances consistent with fitness issues
