About The Position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a team-oriented individual for the Assistant Program Manager role within their community-based mental health program (ACCS). This program provides services to individuals in need of psychiatric support who are living independently in the community, delivered by a multidisciplinary outreach team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for clinicians looking to transition into a supervisory role within the mental health field. The Assistant Program Manager is expected to be highly energetic, self-initiated, task-oriented, detail-oriented, accurate, organized, efficient, flexible, and dependable, with an open and direct interpersonal style, and capable of working effectively as a team member. They are also expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to program staff and the organizational mission and values, ensuring high-quality, community-oriented services. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with psychiatric population
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
Master’s degree in a mental health field from an accredited educational institution
Must be a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) or licensed eligible, including LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC1, Licensed Rehab Counselor
