About The Position

Are you a therapist with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Lutheran Hillside Village is seeking its next Assistant Program Manager. Requirements

Licensed clinician (physical, occupational, or speech language) in respective state(s) of service.
Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.
Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service.
Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

Rehabilitation professional with acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation and/or outpatient; minimum two years clinical experience.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional in managing the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team within a post-acute rehabilitation/outpatient environment
Cooperating in community marketing activities relating to the post-acute delivery of therapy services
Patient evaluation
Effective administration of treatment programs
Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations as delegated by Program Manager/Area Manager/Regional
Assuming Program Manager responsibilities in their absence
