This position is located in Fitchburg, MA, and serves individuals aged 5 to 12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), most of whom are non-verbal. The program focuses on teaching, coaching, and supporting individuals to learn daily living skills, coping skills, and social skills in a fun and active environment, with a 1:2 staff to student ratio ensuring a high level of individualized care. The role involves providing and ensuring therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment, collaborating with the Program Manager/Director on program vision and a positive working environment, assisting with program planning and implementation, and supporting staffing and other program management aspects. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and offers the opportunity to work with dedicated professionals and influence treatment plans for at-risk youth.
