The Counseling and Runaway and Homeless Youth (RHY) Department offers a comprehensive range of services to vulnerable youth, including crisis nurseries, an emergency shelter, housing programs, a food and clothing pantry, street outreach, and support for victims of commercial sexual exploitation. The Transitional Living Program (TLP) Assistant Manager is a full-time, 12-month position responsible for assisting the Program Manager in overseeing operations and programming for the TLP, which includes group living and apartment models. The role involves engaging youth from a strengths-based perspective, building trusting relationships, and supporting them in developing independent living skills and addressing the issues that led to their homelessness to achieve stable housing. The position requires staff supervision and training, administrative duties, life skills training, and direct client care.
