Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assistant Manager that must have the ability to work both 1st and 2nd shifts as well as weekends as needed. Compensation ranges from $24.25-$25.25/hr with a comprehensive benefits package! Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company , is a nationally recognized employee-owned provider of educational, vocational, and therapeutic residential services. These programs support adolescents, teenagers and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and complex trauma. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred.
Demonstrated skills working with children and/or adolescents having developmental and behavioral disabilities with associated emotional, neurological, and intellectual disorders.
A minimum of one year of experience.
A valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure appropriate supervision of students.
Maintain the required ratio for coverage.
Fill open shifts as needed.
Participate in the on-call rotation.
Train new staff
Communicate information.
Work coverage shifts, providing direct support and behavior management to our students.
Complete other tasks and projects related to the daily operation of the program.
