This role involves scheduling staff coverage, documenting meetings, ensuring medical appointments are scheduled and attended, and overseeing medication administration according to guidelines. The Assistant Program Manager will also be responsible for monitoring individual funds, managing household supplies within budget, maintaining the residence, and assisting with new program development and staff training.
