Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health, supportive housing, residential services, case management, or related human services required.
  • One (1) year of supervisory, lead worker, or team leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic documentation systems required.
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership/managerial skills essential.
  • Evidence of understanding and empathy for the population supported with demonstrated ability to work with persons with Mental Illness.
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work with other service provider agencies.
  • NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and organization policies, practices, and procedures required.
  • Travel required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental illness, supportive housing, residential services, or community-based behavioral health programs preferred.
  • Previous knowledge/experience with OMH regulations and budgets preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Full time, 40 hours per week + on call. Schedule TBD
