About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join their team as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor. In partnership with the Program Director, this role is responsible for providing leadership and supporting daily operations of client care programs. The ideal candidate will help ensure programs comply with state and federal guidelines and will work under the guidance of the Program Director. Requirements

• Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
• Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
• Previous training experience required
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Nice To Haves

• Experience in quality management preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs in partnership with the Program Director.
• Ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Provide supervision, service delivery, and case management.
• Conduct training sessions.
• Manage quality assurance.
• Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Utilize computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Commute to office locations as needed.
