About The Position
Northeast Family Services is seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join their team as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor will partner with the Program Director to provide leadership and support daily operations for client care programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Requirements
- Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
- Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
- Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
- Previous training experience required
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
- Access to high speed secure internet required

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs in partnership with the Program Director.
- Ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Work under the guidance of the Program Director.
