About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join their team. This role offers a rewarding career helping children, adults, and families thrive. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor, in partnership with the Program Director, is responsible for providing leadership and supporting daily operations of client care programs. This individual will ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines and will work under the guidance of the Program Director. Requirements

Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
Previous training experience required
Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Access to high speed secure internet required

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs.
