About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, LICSW) to join their team. This role offers a rewarding career helping children, adults, and families thrive. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor, in partnership with the Program Director, will provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. Requirements

Active Independent clinical license in state of Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) REQUIRED
Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field
Two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services
Previous training experience required
Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle with ability to commute one of our office locations
Access to high speed secure internet required

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and support daily operations to client care programs.
