Requirements
- Extensive experience working within a residential behavioral health setting.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing budgets, staffing schedules, and regulatory documentation.

- Familiarity with medication administration protocols and safety regulations within healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated understanding of social work principles related to eldercare or developmental disabilities support services.
Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of residential programs, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to care standards.
- Supervise direct care staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to promote excellent resident care.
- Coordinate medication administration and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Manage staffing schedules, monitor staff performance, and facilitate ongoing staff education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being.
