The Assistant Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Program Coordinator in the oversight and operation of assigned Community Living Arrangements (CLAs). The position promotes quality services, regulatory compliance, staff development, person-centered supports, and overall health and safety for consumers. The Assistant Program Coordinator shall perform duties with autonomy, professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy. Demonstrate respect and professionalism when interacting with consumers, employees, supervisors, families, and external stakeholders. Serve as an advocate for agency policies, procedures, and best practices. Support a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to service delivery.
