Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Current vehicle insurance
  • Ability to use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • One year of experience in human services or a related field
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health diagnoses
  • Supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the oversight and daily operations of a Community Living Arrangement (CLA)
  • Support individuals in achieving meaningful daily activities, goals, and independence
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential Specialists
  • Attend and assist with consumer medical appointments and medication management activities
  • Monitor documentation, electronic records, medication administration records (MAR/eMAR), and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct quality inspections, fire drills, and program oversight activities
  • Participate in on-call responsibilities and assist with emergency response as needed
  • Coordinate staff training, orientation, scheduling support, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor consumer funds, petty cash, household inventories, and food supplies
  • Communicate effectively with families, healthcare providers, case managers, and other community partners
  • Assist with incident management reporting and follow-up activities
  • Ensure the home environment remains safe, clean, and compliant with agency and regulatory standards
