Assistant Professor- Pediatric Hospital Medicine
About The Position
The Assistant Professor in the Academic Clinician Track will provide care for hospitalized children at locations within the Yale New Haven Health System, including the tertiary academic medical center in New Haven, Connecticut, and community hospital sites in Bridgeport, Greenwich, and New London. The position also includes managing the care of otherwise healthy newborns, supervising pediatric hospital medicine fellows, residents, and medical students, and contributing to the mission and values of the Section of Pediatric Hospital Medicine and the Department of Pediatrics at Yale.
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A track record in mentoring and educating residents in all aspects of pediatric medicine.

Responsibilities
