About The Position

The Department of Statistics in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Florida invites applications for two full-time (1.0 FTE), nine-month, tenure-accruing Assistant Professor positions beginning August 16, 2027. We seek outstanding candidates with research interests in causal inference, Bayesian computation, statistics, machine learning, or related areas. Faculty responsibilities include developing and maintaining an active research program, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, mentoring students, and contributing services to the department, university, and profession.
