Requirements

  • Ph.D. in management, organization studies, or other related field
  • Ability to engage in high-quality scholarship
  • Ability to engage in high-quality teaching
  • Demonstrated interests in creativity, innovation, or leadership
  • Demonstrated interests in how digital tools and technologies (including artificial intelligence (AI)) are transforming workplace dynamics, organizations, careers, and industries
  • Demonstrated interests in social impact, sustainability and ethics in the age of AI
  • Demonstrated interests in leading and managing cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams
  • Ability and willingness to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level
