The Assistant Professor of Nursing role focuses on adult-gerontological nurse practitioner (AGNP) education. This position requires a strong background in clinical practice and a commitment to teaching and mentoring students in graduate-level nursing programs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing
- Two years of clinical experience as an adult gerontological or family nurse practitioner
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Current unencumbered RN and APRN licenses in Minnesota
- Current AGNP or FNP certification

- Doctoral degree in nursing (DNP, PhD)
- Experience with graduate-level nursing education
