DePauw University is seeking a part-time Assistant Professor of Music (Dance) to begin in August 2026. The position requires a terminal degree in dance or a related field by August 2026 and a commitment to teaching undergraduates in a liberal-arts setting with evidence of effective and inclusive teaching. The Institute of Music specifically seeks candidates to teach courses in dance technique, including beginning ballet, beginning jazz dance, and beginning tap dance. The teaching assignment is a maximum of four partial-credit courses per year.
