About The Position

The Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver (DU) invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Management (tenure-track). DU is a highly-ranked R1 Doctoral/Research University with a strong business program (Daniels College of Business) that has held AACSB accreditation since 1923. The Management Department offers undergraduate and graduate programs and is seeking candidates with a preference for interests in the emerging digital economy. The position involves research, teaching, and service, with opportunities for course releases and summer research support. The city of Denver offers a vibrant environment with numerous businesses and outdoor activities.

Requirements

Earned doctorate in management or closely related field from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited school (ABD will be considered).
Demonstrated potential for strong performance in teaching, research, and service.
Strong English communication skills (written and oral).
Maintenance of AACSB Scholarly Academic qualifications.

Responsibilities

Conduct and publish high-quality research.
Teach undergraduate and graduate level courses using traditional, hybrid, and online delivery methods.
Participate in the academic life of the Department of Management and the Daniels College of Business, including faculty meetings, assurance of learning, curriculum development, and scholarly activities.
Engage significantly with students.
