Rhode Island College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Early American History . The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Colonial America and the Early Republic, support student learning in historical methods and general education history, advise majors, maintain an active research agenda, and contribute to departmental and college service. The History Department offers B.A. degrees in History and Secondary Education History/Social Studies, an M.A. in History, and Certificates in Public History, and is home to dedicated teacher‑scholars committed to mentoring students, advancing research, and actively engaging in campus life.
