Eastern New Mexico University’s Criminal Justice program seeks applications for a full-time position beginning in January 2027. Appointment will be at a rank commensurate with academic training and experience. This is a residential appointment in a collegial department with a supportive campus culture, and campus presence is required. ENMU seeks candidates committed to excellent undergraduate education and student success within the framework of the teacher-scholar model. Desired areas of concentration may include, but are not limited to: victimization, criminal investigations, juvenile justice, expertise in substantive criminal and procedural law, and social aspects of criminal justice (e.g. ethics; police & society) to supplement strong program emphases in Law Enforcement and Criminology in a major with close ties to the Sociology program.
