The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, in Bradford, PA, seeks a tenure-stream Assistant Professor of Computer and Information Systems & Technology to teach a full course load at the undergraduate level. Duties include: (i) teaching 12-credit courses per term, two terms per year; (ii) advising and assisting students with experiential learning; (iii) conducting academic research or other forms of professional development activities; and (iv) providing services to the university, campus, and the local community. Must have a Ph.D. degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, plus three (3) years of experience in a related position teaching courses at the university or collegiate level. Experience must include: (i) advising and mentoring undergraduate students in research projects, theses, or capstones; (ii) working in LMS platforms such as Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle; (iii) ensuring course outcomes align with program goals and accreditation standards; and (iv) conducting quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods research.
