About The Position

Eureka College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Business Administration, starting August 2027. The successful candidate will teach introductory, intermediate, and advanced Business Administration courses in support of the Business Administration major and may have the opportunity to contribute to a new MS program in Sustainability. The position is open with respect to specialization; the ability to teach sustainability is an asset. Special consideration will be given to candidates who take an interdisciplinary approach to teaching and can contribute to the College’s “10 Essentials” general education program. The annual teaching load is 4-4. Faculty are also expected to advise students, serve on departmental and college committees, and continue professional activity and/or scholarly research. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered. The position has a salary range of $52,000–$55,000 annually.
