California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly Pomona) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the Department of Architecture for Fall 2027. The new faculty member will be responsible for teaching and coordinating core architecture studios (1st, 2nd, or 3rd year), upper-level elective design studios, lecture courses, and elective seminars within the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programs. Additionally, the faculty member will contribute to department, college, and university operations through service and maintain creative and scholarly activities that inform their teaching. The university is particularly interested in candidates who can lead courses and curriculum that meet the NAAB SC.6 Building Integration requirement, ensuring students can make design decisions integrating building systems and demonstrating measurable building performance outcomes.
