About The Position

The Department of Information and Decision Sciences in the College of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Operations Management. This role is for the 2027-2028 academic year. The department focuses on operations management, analytics and artificial intelligence, and information systems, overseeing PhD, master's, and undergraduate programs. Requirements

A Ph.D. (completed or near completion by the start date) in Management Science, Operations Management, Operations Research, or a closely related field.
A strong research record.
Ability and interest to teach supply chain and operations management courses.
