About The Position

North Idaho College is seeking an engaging and student-focused educator to join our Business Department as an Assistant Professor of Business. This position provides instruction and advising for students pursuing degrees and certificates in Business and may include coursework in business, economics, and marketing across face-to-face, online, and interactive video delivery formats. Faculty in this role teach a variety of business-related courses, create engaging learning experiences, evaluate student learning outcomes, and support students through advising and mentorship. This position also contributes to curriculum development, assessment efforts, recruitment activities, committee work, and community partnerships that strengthen student success and workforce relevance. Opportunities may include teaching off-site dual credit, evening, or weekend courses. We are looking for a collaborative educator with strong communication and classroom leadership skills who can motivate and connect with students from all backgrounds. Successful candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching, adaptability across instructional formats, and a commitment to continuous improvement and student-centered learning. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field is required.
