About The Position

The Department of Biochemistry, Molecular Biology & Biotechnology at the University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position from candidates conducting cutting-edge, biotechnology-focused research. Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• A strong record of research productivity commensurate with experience level.
• A commitment to working successfully with a diverse student population.

Nice To Haves

• At least two years of postdoctoral research experience.
• A demonstrated history of prior funding.
• Teaching experience in the areas of molecular biology, biotechnology, or related fields.
