It also includes preparing fresh produce for sale by receiving, washing, cutting, and stocking products. The position assists with leadership responsibilities such as planning work, coaching, training, and resolving issues. Daily team huddles are conducted to communicate sales goals and reinforce guest service expectations. The role also involves assisting with ordering products and supplies, checking in orders, stocking, and organizing storage areas. Writing daily plans and weekly work schedules, rotating merchandise, maintaining displays, and ensuring product freshness are key responsibilities. Assistance with POS maintenance, record-keeping for damaged/spoiled merchandise, and compliance with food and workplace safety regulations are also required. The position encourages acquiring product knowledge across departments to assist guests and staying updated on promotions. A team-oriented work environment that inspires collaboration is fostered. The store operates seven days a week, potentially requiring weekend, holiday, and shift work.
