Assist in the administration and supervision of the organization and operation of the best possible learning environment for students of the school. This role involves collaborating with District Administrators on strategies for state accreditation, accountability, and school improvement, including data collection and analysis of student academic achievement. The Assistant Principal will also coordinate communications, manage human resources activities, oversee daily operations, ensure safety, assist in program development, and conduct student disciplinary measures.
