About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Assistant Preschool Teacher to help provide children with a positive, engaging learning environment. This entry-level role supports children as they learn, play, grow, and develop academically and emotionally. Assistant Preschool Teachers partner with preschool teachers to implement the company’s proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters and resources to make learning fun. The role also involves maintaining classroom health, safety, and quality standards; working collaboratively to create a welcoming environment; and communicating children’s experiences and achievements to their families. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by its franchisee.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
High school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

Partner with preschool teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum.
Use engaging characters and classroom resources to support children's learning, play, and growth.
