About The Position

The Academy ECE-Arvada, part of Endeavor Schools, is hiring an Assistant Preschool Teacher in Arvada, Colorado. The Assistant Teacher supports implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepares and organizes learning materials, and supervises children during activities, meals, and naptime to maintain a safe, positive learning environment. The role includes helping lead learning activities, monitoring children’s progress and development, and fostering a harmonious environment for children and fellow teachers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in young learners’ well-being and development.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
CDA/ECT certification.
Prior experience with toddler and preschool students.
